Choose all-wheel drive, and this same engine has an output of 182 horsepower and 178 pound-feet of torque. If you want a more powerful engine, you can get an optional turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 236 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. These numbers change slightly when you put 93 octane gas in the tank, as the horsepower rises to 248 and the torque rating jumps to 273 pound-feet. You can get this engine for the front-wheel-drive variation of the SR. A continuously variable transmission pairs with both engines.
